About the Network

We believe in a community that knows we are all connected.

We are proud to coordinate a Family Resource Network supporting Dodge and Jefferson County families. We collaborate with families to identify their strengths and needs, and support them in developing plans to achieve their goals.

Our strong network of community partners is available to support families with resources for housing, food, health and dental care, education, employment assistance, transportation and more.

Please complete this form if you are interested in services and we will contact you for more information. Families can self-refer and we also accept referrals from other service providers.

Thank you!
