We are proud to coordinate a Family Resource Network supporting Dodge and Jefferson County families. We collaborate with families to identify their strengths and needs, and support them in developing plans to achieve their goals. We do not offer financial assistance.

Our strong network of community partners is available to support families with resources for rental assistance, food, health and dental care, education, employment assistance, transportation and more.
